  • You simply fill in the order form below and click on 'Submit' - it will be sent to our e-mail address.
  • We offer a variety of payment options to as listed below. Besides VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards we also accepts payments by wire transfer, Western Union or other money sending services, cash, etc.

    If you choose payment via credit card or paypal, we will calculate the total value of your order and send you a secure online payment request.

    If you choose to pay by bank wire transfer we will send you our bank account details. After your payment please also fax us your transfer document to (+66) 2374-9823 or scan it in and send it by e-mail to

    If you choose to pay by Western Union or Moneygram, we will send our Western Union or Moneygram details. Then please just go to your nearest Western Union or Moneygram agent. When you fill in the money transfer form, please observe some very important things:

    - The name spelling of both sides - sender and recipient - and the transfer code number must be correct.
    - Please also note, that we cannot cash the Western Union Money Order, only the Western Union Money Transfer.
    - Please also let us know the money transferring code number as well as also
    the exact address and name of the money's sender

    Please understand that in the case of bank wire transfer, Western Union or Moneygram transfers to pay the full transfer fees from your side.

    If you are located in
    Thailand, you can also either send us a check in the mail (we only accept checks drawn on bank accounts in Thailand) or, if you are in Bangkok, we can send our messenger to you to collect either check or cash money from you (or you can send your messenger to us).

  • After we have received your payment or proof of payment we will process your order. At shipment date we will send you an e-mail message with the tracking number of your shipment and sending confirmation.

  • Refund policy: In case that the customer receives goods that are faulty due to a mistake of (for example faultily tailored dresses or goods which were sent in damaged condition due to a fault by will refund the faulty item's purchase price to the customer or will agree to have the dress sent back to for a one-time modification. PLEASE NOTE, THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ANY SHIPPING COSTS CHARGED BY SIAMWEDDINGDRESSES.COM WILL BE REFUNDED.

    Claims for refunds or return of ordered items have to be reported by the customer to us within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the ordered items by the customer. Any claims reported after this period cannot be accepted.
  • "Force Majeure" clause: (Visual Web Co., Ltd.) will NOT accept any responsibility for any delivery delays, damages or losses of ordered items, or associated costs and expenses which are caused as either results of acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), policitcal problems, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or any communication services.
